or, print the form and mail it or bring it to your
initial evaluation. The evaluation is very simple and only takes 20-30
minutes.
You will also need to pay the registration fee. You can
pay online, or make a check or money
order out to "Goodyear Adventure Fitness Boot Camp."
Q: What happens after I register?

Your instructor
will contact you to set up your consultation time. Some places charge up to $80
for consultation services. Evaluations take approximately 20 – 30
minutes.
- We will also give you brief introduction to Goodyear
Adventure Fitness Boot Camp and answers to any additional
questions you may have.

- We will take simple measurements to
see "where you are" before starting camp. We don't care what the
measurements show. It is strictly for a post-camp comparison. These
numbers and all other information are strictly confidential.
- We will record your weight and
measure your body fat percentage. Again, the number doesn't matter. We
just want to see improvement. Campers usually see a 3-5% reduction
over the four weeks.
- You will be given your official
Boot Camp T-shirt along with directions on how to get to camp.

Q: What kinds of people go to Boot Camp?
They are people just like you. Women who need a little push to
jump-start their fitness and wellness program. Most campers have some
history of exercise, but it's not required. We make the program just
right for your ability level.
Q: What is a typical day at Boot Camp?
There really isn’t a typical day at boot camp because we have such
variety! After all if you wanted a routine day you would probably join a
fitness center. Expect a mixture of, circuit and weight training,
push-ups, lunges, running, obstacle courses, jumping rope, and on
special days we will be hiking. Every day is designed to be fun and
different.
Q: How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days.
"Visual improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your
effort level. Weight loss can typically begin after the first week.
Remember everyone is different, so results will vary.
Q: Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2 -3 days. It is part of
the profit that lets you improve.
Q: What will I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 3 – 10 lb hand weights and any type
of exercise mat. You will also want to bring plenty of water to keep
yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items include a towel and
gloves. All of these items are easily purchased at the local Wal-Mart or
Target stores and cost around $15 or less. You will want to wear a good pair of running shoes.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
Due to the limited number of spaces available, if you are unable to
attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a
refund. However, you must notify us 72 hrs prior to your session start
date, and a $75 cancellation fee will apply. If we are notified after
your session begins, we can only give you credit towards another boot
camp.
Q: What happens after camp is over?
During the post-evaluation, you’ll be re-measured and tested. We will
compare those numbers to the pre-evaluation. We will show you the
progress and answer any questions you may have.
Q: What's the location and times for camp?
- One hour a day for 4 weeks.
- Monday thru Friday 5:30-6:30 am, or
9:00-10:00am.
- Located at Goodyear Community Park, 3151 N. Litchfield Rd. (just
north of Thomas Rd.).

Q: How much does is cost?
The fee is just $299 for a regular 4-week camp. That's only $14.95
per session. Personal trainers can typically charge $40 - $120 per hour
for their services. You receive instruction from a certified instructor
for a fraction of that cost.
