What is Boot Camp?
Goodyear Adventure Fitness Boot Camp is a 4–week program, with 5 days
per week of fitness instruction, nutritional education and team
motivation. Each morning you will join a fun group of women for one hour
of motivating and inspiring fitness training. Although our camp focuses
on a team environment, you will receive pre and post personalized
fitness assessments, personal guidance on proper exercise form, as well
as nutritional support to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Our certified boot camp instructor will guide you through an hour of
fun filled physical activities and endurance exercises such as: agility
and power drills, calisthenics, short distance running/walking,
resistance training, weight training, jumping rope, obstacle courses,
core work, pilates, yoga and much more. Women of all ages and fitness
levels are welcome. Our certified boot camp instructor will show you
how to work at your own fitness level or how to rev it up when you need
it.
Adventure Boot Camp provides you with an opportunity to meet new
friends who, like you, are enthusiastic about their health and fitness
goals. At Goodyear Adventure Fitness Boot Camp we provide you with
educational opportunities in fitness and nutrition.
Our goal at Goodyear Adventure Fitness Boot Camp is to provide you
with the tools and knowledge, along with the motivation and inspiration,
to meet YOUR fitness goals.
